A. OUR DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE (D2D SERVICE)
Our standard D2D Service at origin includes:
• One (1) time of delivery of packing materials including paper cartons, bubble wrap and newsprint paper. Each additional delivery at HKD400 per delivery.
• One (1) time pickup and removal at one (1) location: On the pick-up day our careful and professional packing team led by an experienced supervisor will fully pack your possessions with packing materials during business hours. Additional pickup from second location on same day at HKD800 per pickup.
• Arrange tailor-made crating for specified fragile and delicate items (quote if required)
• Prepare and provide a complete itemized Packing Inventory List being signed by both customer and our supervisor.
• Move all items from your residence and load into container or via truck to Relocation.HK owned warehouse.
• Prepare documentation for shipping and customs clearance formalities. Customers should provide the required documents including passport and visa copy (if applicable) and apply required permit if required (we will advise the details).
International Freight Transport using leading carriers:
• Payment of normal sea freight, origin and destination terminal handling charges, and normal port wharfage charges to shipping line.
• Provide tracking information such as container number, vessel name and sailing schedule ETD/ETA.
• Demurrage & Detention: If the ports are running at full capacity or other reasons and expect delays in release etc., demurrage and detention charges may incur. These delays are completely out of control, and the charges based on the volume and depending on delay period which is NOT INCLUDED in our quotation.

• Normal customs clearance (some countries may require importers (customers) to present documents in person e.g. Canada).

[Pallet Load]
Items will be professionally wrapped and placed on standard pallet sized 120x100cm, maximum height not to exceed 195cm.
Terms of Payment:
1. A deposit invoice based on 30% of the Estimated Cost will be sent separately upon receipt of the signed Quotation Acceptance Form the URL of which is provided in the associated email. The deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable and shall be paid in order to deliver packing materials and hold a packing day;
2. All outstanding charges & insurance premium (if applicable) must be received by clear funds in Five (5) working days from the date of packing and removal.
Payment Methods:
(1) For amount up to the deposit, you can pay by credit card via stripe on the Quotation Acceptance Form (URL provided below) without any card surcharge.
(2) Any amount can be paid by cash deposit or cash transfer or FPS to:

C. SHIPPING MODE: GROUPAGE / CONSOLIDATION
*Groupage Container Service means combining household goods shipments from more than one shipper / consignee to fill up a container for international shipping.
*After the pickup we will dispatch your shipment to the destination on the earliest available sailing schedule, and no storage fees will be incurred during this waiting period. Unless you prefer us to store the goods until your further instructions. Please refer to the next section for storage fees.
*Waiting time depends on available shipments and sailing schedules, and it is not guaranteed.
Loose / Pallet / LiftVan Load
Loose Load:
• All items will be professionally packed (as mentioned above) and loose loaded into freight container. All number of packages will be cross-checked during loading into and unloading out of the container then counting for your receipt during delivery at destination residence.
Pallet Load:
• All items will be professionally packed then stacked on pallets at residence parking lot on the pickup day (subject to access and time allowed). All pallets will be shifted into freight container, delivered and unloaded at destination residence in front of townhouse/building door then move all packages into residence (subject to access and traffic conditions).
Lift Van Load:
• Lift Van (wooden crate) will be arranged at least 2 working days prior to the pickup day. We bring the Lift Van to your HK residence and load the items in at the parking lot (subject to access and parking limitations if any). We will then seal the Lift Van and bring back to our warehouse for next sailing schedule subject to shipping mode agreed. Items cannot fit into Lift Van can be labelled, loose loaded and combined to the shipment. Please understand the dimension and volume of a Lift Van is fixed so you will need to pay the quoted volume even though the space is not fully utiliz
STORAGE IN HONG KONG / DESTINATION
Storage in Hong Kong:
1st to 3rd month: HKD6.00/cuft/month or part thereof (min. 100 cuft, HKD600 / month)
4th to 12th month: HKD8.00/cuft/month or part thereof (min. 100 cuft, HKD800 / month)
From 13th month: HKD10.00/cuft/month or part thereof (min. 100 cuft, HKD1,000 / month)

*For self-delivery of items to our warehouse: 1st time free of charge then warehouse handling at HKD3/cuft (minimum HKD300 per time)

Estimate Door-to-Door timing is 8 to 12 weeks. (1-2 weeks for boarding after pick-up + 4 weeks after shipment departed from Hong Kong till arrival at port Felixstowe then 3-4 weeks for customs clearance and delivery).

INSURANCE COVERAGE
Insurance is not included in the above mentioned rates. We strongly recommend insurance coverage is necessary. The Insurance Coverage which offers full replacement coverage at cost @2.5% of total declared replacement value with NO deductible.
Premium at 2.5% of the total replacement value declared by customers (minimum charge at HKD1,000 per policy)

Electrical & Mechanical: 0.5%
You are required to submit the insurance valued inventory form (we will provide) prior to the pickup date. All insurance terms are subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
Insurance Coverage Extension: Should your household goods require storage longer than 90 days at origin or/and at destination, in addition to the storage charges, the cost to extend the protection coverage will be 0.50% of the declared value per month or part thereof. For the application of the Storage Extension Coverage, the customer requires to inform us in Ten (10) calendar days prior the expiry date of the 90 days of the storage period.
Should you choose not to take the insurance coverage, our liability is based on the weight of a damaged item at two Hong Kong Dollars per kilogram per damaged item, or not exceeding five hundred Hong Kong dollars per shipment. Should you choose to take protection coverage, the liability does not apply.
